Help Wanted: Experienced Tile and Slate Roofing Installer

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tile and Slate Roofing Installer to join our team. If you have extensive experience in installing tile and slate roofing materials, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain tile and slate roofing on residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure all installations are done to industry standards and local building codes.
• Assess roof conditions and provide accurate recommendations for repairs or replacements.
• Safely handle tools and equipment necessary for roofing tasks.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure timely and quality work.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on completed roofs.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tile and slate roofing installation.
• Knowledge of different roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

• Overtime Pay: Overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
