We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Cambridge Security Services in Boca Raton, FL . This position requires a professional with a strong background in security operations, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team in a high-profile environment.

As a Security Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing security officers, ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, and staff, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times. Your experience with ABDi gate access systems will be essential in managing entry points and access control effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead security officers to ensure compliance with club policies and procedures.
• Monitor and operate the ABDi gate access system to control and track property access.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and staff, maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.
• Conduct routine vehicle patrols of the property to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, medical emergencies, and other situations requiring security intervention.
• Enforce country club policies while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and shift logs.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all Florida security licensing regulations and club security protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the security field, preferably in a high-end country club, gated community, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proficiency with the ABDi gate access system is required.
• Must possess a valid Florida Class D Security License and Class G Armed Security License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with high-profile clientele.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
