Morning Star Children's Dentistry is a new and exciting pediatric dental office in Naples, FL! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic  Expanded Function Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about working with children and are committed to providing them with a positive and enjoyable dental experience, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for young patients.
• Perform expanded functions such as sealant application, coronal polishing, fluoride treatments, and taking impressions.
• Create a welcoming and fun environment to help children feel at ease.
• Educate both patients and parents on oral hygiene best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment following infection control protocols.
• Manage patient records and appointments, with familiarity in Dentrix Ascend or Dentrix preferred.
• Multitask effectively in a busy pediatric dental office setting.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a dental assistant (pediatric experience preferred).
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Passionate about working with children and ensuring they have a great dental experience.
• Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend or Dentrix software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
