  • Act as a role model for the team, exemplifying the values and culture of Pomegranate Hospitality on a daily basis.

What we hope you bring to the team:

  • Proven track record of excellence in a leadership role, such as an Executive Sous Chef or equivalent, preferably within a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Extensive culinary knowledge encompassing diverse cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and innovative presentation.
  • Strong leadership acumen, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and delegate effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and adeptness in managing time-sensitive tasks and priorities.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail, paired with a dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations, ensuring strict adherence within the kitchen.
  • Proficiency in food costing, inventory management, and the overall operation of a busy kitchen.
  • Creative flair and a genuine passion for the culinary arts, demonstrated through your work.

Pomegranate Hospitality is proud to offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $65,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
  • Enjoy a dining discount at all Pomegranate Hospitality Core Restaurants.
  • Receive 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to recharge and relax.
  • Access comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options, along with a Short-Term Disability Policy.
  • Performance-driven bonus incentives to recognize your contributions.
  • Receive cell phone and parking stipends for your convenience.
  • Observe Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day as company holidays.
  • Partake in daily family meals to connect with your culinary colleagues.
  • Benefit from ongoing training and educational opportunities to foster your professional growth.
