Executive Sous Chef Benefits:

Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

• 3+ years min. experience in a similar role.
• High Volume Catering/Venue experience preferred.
• Ability to design and maintain systems, recipes, menus to ensure quality, seasonality, efficiency and profitability. 
• Ability to coordinate products, offerings and usage with our forage and farm partners.
• Work with the catering director and sales team to ensure timely, accurate, efficient and profitable events.
• Loves to cook and create.
