**Overview:**

Join our culinary team as Executive Sous Chef in a vibrant and dynamic kitchen environment. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, manage production, and ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence.

**Duties:**

• Support the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team, managing production, administrative tasks, and contributing to recipe and menu development.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to maintain quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all culinary creations.
• Collaborate with chefs and team members to ensure seamless coordination in the kitchen.
• Manage inventory control, assist in cooking when needed, and oversee shift management.
• Uphold strict sanitation regulations to guarantee a clean and safe work environment. - Provide training, coaching, mentorship, motivation, and guidance to kitchen colleagues to enhance their culinary and leadership skills.

**Skills:** -

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food industry or hospitality sector. - In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
