Job Description

The Linq Event Center in Cincinnati, OH is looking for one event staff to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 310 W Crescentville Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, has a positive attitude with strong communication and hospitatlity skills.

Responsibilities

• We host some of the best clients, and take pride in helping them celebrate their special occassion
• Be available at the venue, ensuring events are setup as expected
• Greet clients, and make them feel at home
• Ensure events are setup and brokendown, with materials restocked
• Answer any questions clients may have and provide suggestions as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and clients
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain venue opening & closing duties (including temperature control, up keep, cleaning, trash removal, etc.)

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele
• Highly adaptable to various situations and visitor needs
• Ability to problem solve quickly and find effective solutions to issues that arise
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Hard Worker with ability to multi-task and think in advance
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
