Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and energetic Event Staff to join our growing team in Philadelphia. This role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of events from start to finish. You will work closely with coordinators and managers to provide exceptional support, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure every guest enjoys a remarkable experience.
Responsibilities
Assist in the setup, organization, and breakdown of events.
Support event logistics including guest assistance, seating arrangements, and coordination with vendors.
Ensure all event materials, décor, and spaces are properly prepared before start time.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout all event operations.
Uphold company standards for service quality and client satisfaction.
Provide assistance to management in troubleshooting on-site challenges when needed.
Qualifications
