Skillbridge Academy is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Event Staff to support the planning and execution of high-quality events in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and take pride in delivering exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and stakeholders.
As part of the Event Staff team, you will play a key role in ensuring that events run smoothly from setup to completion, representing the Academy with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Support on-site operations to ensure events run efficiently and on schedule
Welcome and guide attendees, providing clear information and assistance
Coordinate with team members and event leaders to meet event objectives
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout event spaces
Represent Skillbridge Academy in a professional and courteous manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexibility to work varying schedules based on event needs
Willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments
