Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
• Support event organizers with various tasks, such as distributing materials, managing schedules, and coordinating vendors.
• Provide information and assistance to attendees regarding event details, schedules, and locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space throughout the duration of the event.
• Collaborate with team members and other staff to ensure a seamless event experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by event management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in event management or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and stand for long periods.
