Position Purpose


The Event Server provides the best possible handling of the guest's needs by serving them in an efficient, professional, and hospitable manner. The best possible handling of service is provided by working in cooperation with the kitchen, bartenders, CASTmembers, hosts, and all other employees. The Event Server maintains a positive attitude while delivering authentic service.

• Set up private events based upon the instructions of the manager.
• Follow all service standards in maintaining our high level of guest service.
• Breakdown all areas and proper storage of all equipment.
• Be at your very best at all times and create an experience for our guests that is memorable and beyond their expectations.
• Be able to take specialty drink orders at multiple tables. Able to maintain service to a large area of guests.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Two plus years of high-volume serving experience is required.
• A food safety certification program is required to be completed before being able to serve food or alcohol, which may include a food handler card.

Other Requirements

• Have a passion for helping people and making their Ke West experience a memorable one.
• Maintain necessary mandated food and drink certifications.

Successful candidates must pass a background search.
