Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community events. This role requires a hands-on approach, as the Event Coordinator will work closely with clients to understand their vision and execute it to perfection Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute a variety of events from conception to completion.
  • Communicate with clients to determine their event needs and preferences.
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, and timelines effectively.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues for services and accommodations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Oversee on-site event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
