Responsibilities:

• Be an expert in our service list and educate guests on the process and frequency of waxing.
• Analyze a guest's needs and make recommendations from our Full Line of Body and Brow products.
• Educate guests on savings opportunities through our Wax Passes options.
• Support fellow associates and contribute to a positive and upbeat work environment.
• Maintain and exceed center and individual sales metrics and goals.

Qualifications:

• Esthetics or Cosmetology License
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Capability to do all types of body waxing.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
• Ability to work with a diverse group of team members
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize guest service and satisfaction by building a rapport with guests
• Sales experience is preferred.
