Budget Management
Prepare and oversee budgets for esports initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accountability.
Marketing and Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies that enhance visibility and engagement in esports activities.
Data Analysis
Analyze performance metrics and operational data to drive informed decision-making and improve esports initiatives' efficiency.
Compliance and Policies
Ensure all esports operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining a fair and competitive environment.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in esports operations or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in organizing tournaments or events (a portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of esports industry trends and best practices.
