We seek experienced clinicians and superusers to provide attheelbow support during an Epic system golive in Cape Girardeau Missouri. This temporary position involves assisting healthcare professionals during the system transition by answering how do I questions documenting issues and escalating unresolved concerns. The ideal candidates will have previously supported an Epic golive and possess strong knowledge of specific Epic modules relevant to their assigned roles. Candidates will not act as analysts but rather as superusers providing essential onsite support.
