What You'll Do:

Schedule interviews with candidates on behalf of clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Make a high volume of phone calls to candidates to coordinate interviews.

Send reminders and follow-ups through calls, texts, and emails to keep candidates engaged.

Assist candidates through the application process, providing guidance and encouragement.

Communicate effectively with clients as needed.

What You Bring:

Comfortable working with technology and online tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Exceptional phone communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is a plus.
