As a member of our Help Desk team, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class customer support through various channels including inbound calls, chats, and emails. Your professionalism and adherence to company policies will ensure an outstanding customer experience while assisting in diagnosing and resolving voice, data, video, and connectivity issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer inbound technical support phone calls, chats, and emails promptly and professionally.
Consult with customers, offering additional solutions such as up-selling relevant products and services.
Troubleshoot voice, data, video, and connection issues to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption for our customers.
Provide clear answers to customer inquiries related to service and support.
Maintain detailed records of each customer interaction and provide comprehensive call summaries.
Offer backup support to fellow Technical Support Representatives when needed.
