Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Entry Level Event Booking Advisor to join our team. As an Event Booking Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the booking operations for events while working remotely. This role requires a strong understanding of event logistics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with a variety of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end event booking operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
• Work with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and expectations.
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure bookings and negotiate favorable terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the quality of event services.
• Implement and optimize booking processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of booking details to all relevant parties.
• Handle and resolve any booking-related issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends, venue options, and technology solutions to enhance booking processes.
• Utilize remote collaboration tools to manage and coordinate booking tasks with the team.
