Overview:

JCM Associates, Inc. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Drafter. This is a full-time, in the office (Maryland or Pennsylvania) , position focused on drafting for commercial construction projects in the Maryland, Virginia, and DC areas. Job Requirements

• Experience drafting and/or coordinating commercial systems in Revit and Navis, preferred not required
• Associates degree in drafting or mechanical design, or minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Capable of producing detailed mechanical drawings, creating and modeling.
• Revit experience is preferred but not required, Autodesk product knowledge acceptable.
• Strong computers skills and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce coordination drawings while utilizing problem solving skills.
• Read engineering drawings and general knowledge of MEP systems.
• Collaborate with other's to produce deliverable documents in a timely manner.
• Learn and utilize Navisworks, along with Revit to produce 3D models

Benefits:

• $23.50-28.00 p er hour and performance-based bonuses, pay is experience based.
