Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, summarizing activities, progress, and opportunities.
• Monitor client accounts, update records, and manage documentation as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients based on their needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused with a genuine interest in building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
