Position: Entry-Level Lawyer (Employment Law)

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year + Bonuses

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-Level Lawyer with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. You'll have the chance to handle important employment law cases, with a focus on discrimination, while receiving support and mentorship to help you thrive in your career.
As part of your responsibilities, you will:
Assist in handling employment law cases, focusing on litigation, counseling, and compliance, particularly discrimination cases.
Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Provide thoughtful legal advice and develop effective strategies to resolve client issues.
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to case strategy discussions.
Stay updated on developments in employment law, ensuring your expertise remains sharp and current.
What We're Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Kansas and/or Missouri (preferred, but not required).
0-3 years of legal experience, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Strong writing skills with an ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents.
Good judgment and analytical skills to assess complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
