Job Title: Email Marketing Manager - Contract

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: $38 – $40/hr

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

The Email Marketing Manager will support the certification team by moving communications from Outlook-based processes to a professional email marketing platform. This role will be responsible for creating campaigns, building templates, analyzing performance, and developing documentation to ensure scalable and repeatable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and launch automated, targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar platforms.
• Create, edit, and optimize email content to align with style guidelines.
• Develop reusable templates and workflows for ongoing campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and deliver monthly reports with recommendations.
• Provide light website support, including content updates tied to certification communications.
• Build documentation for campaign processes, templates, and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in email marketing automation and campaign execution.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and apply insights for improvement.
• Experience with website content management systems.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Fonteva, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or WordPress.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
