Founded by Master Electrician Felix Keil in 2014, Tesla Electric Company serves the Greater Denver area and the Foothills, growing from 1 to 20 employees in 6 years through consistent excellence and hiring skilled workers and apprentices. Pay

  • $24.00 - $40.00/hour Depending on Experience
  • + Bonus & Profit-Sharing Opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough on-site electrical assessments and diagnostics
  • Safely install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries professionally
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices
  • Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
  • Participate in regular training sessions and skill development programs
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of work performed
  • Dispatch to customers' homes promptly and professionally
  • Skillfully present and sell services to customers
  • Execute assigned tasks and perform work with precision
  • Represent the company's image and values with integrity
  • Ensure comprehensive job closure and documentation
  • Efficiently handle payment collection and invoicing
  • Taking pride in your work to ensure it is done correctly 
Our Hiring Process
  1. Fill out the application
  2. We will reach out promptly for a call
  3. If we are a good fit for each other, we will request you complete our questionnaire, before ultimately scheduling an in-person interview 
  4. We will extend an offer and provide details about our onboarding period if we feel you are a good fit

  • 2-5 years of relevant electrician experience
  • On track to get a Residential Wireman License, or already have an active License 
  • Proficient diagnostic and installation skills
  • Effective communication skills, including tact and courtesy in dealing with customers and coworkers 
  • Strong awareness of electrical codes
  • Organized management of tools and materials
  • Aptitude for identifying potential sales opportunities beyond the initial call is highly desired
  • Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
  • Background and drug testing could be implemented at any time
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
