Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:
  

  • Oversee and manage daily activities of the project team, ensuring timelines are met and taking corrective action when necessary to keep projects on track.
    
  • Lead cross-functional teams by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring that resources are available to meet project objectives.
    
  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals.
    

• Budget & Resource Management:
  

  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet goals.
    
  • Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make adjustments to minimize delays or project deviations.
    

• On-Site Supervision:
  

  • Supervise onsite commissioning and installation processes, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are followed.
    

• Risk Management:
  

  • Proactively assess project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery.
    

Requirements

• Education:
  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    

• Experience:
  

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    
  • Experience managing budgets and resources efficiently.
    
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple projects simultaneously.
    

• Certifications:
  

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
    
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License in Alabama is required.
    

• Skills & Competencies:
  

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    
  • Proficiency in project management software and budgeting tools.
    
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
