- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Worksite Location : Wayzata, MN | Hybrid – onsite 3 days per week
- Compensation : $30-33/hr
What you’ll do as an Early Talent Recruiter: - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from strategy sessions through offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies that leverage labor market insights, competitive intelligence, and brand storytelling.
- Source, assess, and select candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on early careers and entry-level recruitment.
- Coordinate and support campus events, interviews, candidate selection, and offer processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen recruiting pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and labor laws while keeping accurate documentation throughout the process.
- Use ATS tools (such as SuccessFactors and Handshake) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activities efficiently.
What you’ll bring to the Early Talent Recruiter role: - 2+ years of experience in high-volume early careers, intern, or university recruiting.
- Strong ability to connect with candidates and create a positive experience at every stage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
- Proficiency with recruiting technology, including applicant tracking systems and campus recruiting platforms.
- A consultative mindset with the ability to provide insights, metrics, and strategies that influence recruiting decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
