Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate  Dual Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician to join our team part time . This role is ideal for a professional who excels in both therapeutic bodywork and advanced skincare treatments. The ideal candidate will provide personalized spa services that promote relaxation, wellness, and skincare health while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Massage Therapy Duties:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone (if applicable).
• Assess client needs and customize treatments for relaxation, stress relief, and pain management.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage and recommend follow-up treatments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment space.

Esthetician Duties:

• Provide customized facials, skin analysis, and advanced skincare treatments.
• Perform waxing, exfoliation, and other skincare services as needed.
• Recommend skincare regimens and educate clients on proper home care.
• Stay current on skincare trends, products, and techniques.

General Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxury spa experience.
• Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain an organized treatment room and assist with spa operations as needed.
• Promote and upsell spa services and retail products to enhance client experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid state licenses/certifications in both Massage Therapy and Esthetics.
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, skincare, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to tailor treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Professional, team-oriented, and committed to delivering top-tier service.
