Specializing in drywall, carpentry, framing, insulation, wallboard, doors, and hardware, our client is committed to delivering exceptional results. We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Interior Superintendent/Foreman to contribute to the success of high-rise apartment complex projects.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all facets of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
* Efficiently coordinate and schedule subcontractors to optimize work sequences.
* Monitor project progress, promptly address issues or delays, and implement effective solutions.
* Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
* Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safety-first culture on-site.
Commercial Interior Superintendent Essential Job Functions:
* Provide strong leadership and direction to the construction team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure stringent quality control.
* Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to enhance project outcomes.
Commercial Interior Superintendent Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in drywall installation.
* Proficient understanding of carpentry, framing, insulation, wallboard, doors, and hardware.
* Experience utilizing Procore and Bluebeam.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience.
