Join our Guest Services team as our new Doorman! Be the welcoming face and set the vibe for our lobby and guests! Hook 'em!

Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:
To be the first positive impression for guests entering the hotel, and to be a memorable ambassador upon departing the hotel. Providing a warm welcome and a fond farewell while attending the main doors and lobby of the hotel.

1. Provide a highly personalized and professional welcome to guests at the hotel entrance, acknowledging guests as they pass and offer assistance when necessary.
2. Open hotel doors for guests entering/exiting the building while welcoming and introducing guests to the hotel.
3. Assist Bell Staff members with retrieving stored luggage (when needed)
4. Perform other miscellaneous hotel tasks such as deliveries and/or offering directions and guidance within the hotel
5. Remain observant and respond to each guest who passes through entrances.
6. Monitor the hotel entrance for suspicious activity and ensure the safety of guests and property and report findings to Loss Prevention or member of Management
7. Recognize and greet frequent guests by name to foster a personalized experience
