Qualification
Our company is looking to add another full-time document scanning associate to our document digital scanning team. Must have basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn new software. Education: High school or equivalent (Required) with 2+ years of experience in Document Scanning and Management.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to, document preparation (removing staples, bindings, clips in an organized and thorough fashion), document scanning, file review and project tracking. Applicant will scan documents, create digital images and upload the coverted files to a designated network server using customized indexing. Lifting of boxes required. Ability to pass a full background check and drug test, Ability to speak, read, & write in English. All work will be performed on-site.
Experience & Required Skills
· Minimum 2+ years' experience in Document Digitization Service
· General awareness of computer systems, and network management.
· Strong Software knowledge.
· Strong written and oral communications
· Keen attention to detail, memory of patterns, and interest in problem-solving
