Known for our exceptional oysters, martinis, lobster rolls, champagne, and signature dishes, we’re excited to bring the Clark’s experience to this vibrant community. With a nod to the 1950s, our design blends oak, terracotta, and leather, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated, organized Dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team and in a fast-paced culinary environment. As a Dishwasher you will be communicative and committed to serve as a team player.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Sorting and rinsing dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine
• Sorting and stacking clean dishes; carrying clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas; rewashing soiled dishes before delivering
• Changing dishwater in dish machine every hour
• Washing pots, pans, and trays by hand
• Removing trash and garbage and bringing it to the dumpster
• Setting up and breaking-down dishwashing area
• Filling/emptying soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
• Sweeping/mopping floors
• Assembling/disassembling dish machine

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Active Food Handlers certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
• Strong verbal communication skills required
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping to load and unload dishes, utensils, and glassware into the dishwasher or wash by hand.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds, such as trays of dishes, pots, pans, and cleaning supplies.
• Manual dexterity required for handling various kitchen items and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work in a hot, humid, and wet environment, often around hot water, steam, and cleaning chemicals.
• Work may involve exposure to moderate noise levels and temperature fluctuations.
