DUTIES: Develop customized solutions within the financial technology platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements. Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment. Lead knowledge sharing sessions; translate product vision and strategy into clear, achievable, and measurable goals; and break down complex ideas and scenarios into key insights. Create product and business requirements based on market analysis, business strategy and client needs. Partner with sales, account/relationship management, network compliance, engineering, quality assurance, operations, and implementation teams to develop modernized and streamlined product offerings. Collaborate with technology teams to manage risk and to track schedule, cost, and quality of product features. Analyze transaction data and identify gaps between multiple interfaces in payments processing ecosystem including payment gateway APIs, internal/external authorization and settlement systems, merchant boarding systems, tokenization systems, fraud prevention systems, and merchant reporting tools.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 9 years in any job title involving product management experience. Prior experience must include: 8 years developing payment product solutions involving ecommerce and point of sale systems; 5 years of payments experience in the merchant acquiring domain; Negotiations, vendor, and project management; Working with APIs; Presenting product concepts to multiple levels of stakeholders including senior management and clients; Managing product initiatives for enterprise clients that span across multiple business and technical areas; and Preparing go-to-market plans.
