Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Health to join Riverbend Consulting, a leading company in the healthcare industry. As the Director of Health, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all health-related initiatives within the organization. Your work will directly impact the well-being of our employees and the success of our health programs.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing health strategies, promoting a culture of wellness, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. This role is vital in driving employee engagement, productivity, and overall health outcomes. Projects will involve designing and executing health promotion activities, analyzing health data, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our health programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health strategies and programs to improve employee well-being.
  • Oversee health promotion activities such as wellness challenges, workshops, and campaigns.
  • Analyze health data and trends to identify areas for improvement and measure program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate health initiatives into company policies and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on health-related matters and resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of health programs through key performance indicators.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in health and wellness programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing health programs in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of health regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and educate employees.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to drive initiatives and collaborate with teams.
  • Certification in Health Education, Wellness Coaching, or related field is a plus.
  • Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace.
