Position : Digital Marketing Executive Assistant

Working Schedule : 8AM-5PM CST

Salary Range : $2000-$2500 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Role overview:
Our client, a digital marketing agency based in the U.S., serves a variety of small business clients and has been in operation for over 10 years. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant with experience in digital marketing to help our CEO manage their day-to-day schedule, maintain client relationships, and complete digital marketing projects.

You will support our CEO in organizing tasks, prioritizing timelines, and contributing to successful project delivery. While the primary focus of this role is executive support, about 20% of your time will involve digital marketing responsibilities, including SEO, ad management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant (80%)

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
• Communicate daily with the CEO (phone, Zoom) to provide updates, direction, and prioritization of tasks.
• Track and follow up on project deadlines, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Serve as the CEO's right hand, handling correspondence and maintaining client relationships.
• Ensure smooth workflow by creating and improving processes.

Digital Marketing Associate (20%)

• Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO optimization and ad management.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Support marketing-related administrative tasks, including social media posting and content management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience being an executive assistant
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing as follows: 
  • Website strategy, website design, website development, WordPress
  • Google Analytics, Looker Studio and conversion rate optimization
  • SEO, Ad Strategy, Ad Design
• Available for meetings on short notice and active on Slack during work hours.
• Fluent in English with impeccable written and spoken communication skills.
• Must have a professional work environment for meetings and calls.

• VPN usage for work-related internet activity.
• Use of secure password management software provided by the company.
