Ramsey Solutions is seeking an innovative and skilled digital designer for our Personalities Team! The ideal candidate will have experience in creating digital content that includes branding, paid ads, landing pages, and/or emails to drive brand awareness. If you are looking to work with a smart, fun, and passionate team of creatives—this is it.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Design visually compelling ads, landing pages, and/or email blasts
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, copywriters, and copyeditors daily to engage in brainstorming sessions, share innovative concepts, and contribute to creative solutions that support objectives, while staying up to date with digital trends
• Customize creative designs to help increase engagement that support each of our Ramsey Brand Personalities that aligns with the style guide to ensure cohesive visual representation

Skills Needed to Win: 

• 5+ years of digital design experience
• 3+ years of Adobe Creative Suite experience
• 1+ years of Figma experience
• 2+ years of branding, creating ads, landing pages, and/or email blasts in an in-house or agency environment

$49,000 - $70,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
