Join Our Team as a Desktop Analyst!

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Desktop Analyst to join our team at Lincoln County in Canton, SD. As a Desktop Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's technology infrastructure and ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets
• Collaborate with IT team on projects and initiatives
• Assist with technology upgrades and migrations
• Train users on new technologies and software applications

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) a plus
