Dentist

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) expanding its dental services in a brand-new facility in Bradford, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service line and help build a comprehensive dental program in a well-supported community health setting.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary:
  • $185,000 – $220,000 (based on experience and schedule)
  • Compensation is determined by clinical hours (4-day or 5-day clinic schedules available)
• Sign-on bonus available
• Relocation assistance available

• Dental and Vision Insurance
• Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability – Employer-paid (LTD covers 60% of wages if unable to work for six months or more)
• 403(b) Retirement Plan – Employer match up to 4%
• Student Loan Repayment – Eligible for NHSC Loan Repayment
• Paid Time Off (PTO) – 28 PTO days, 2 personal days, 5 CME days, and 7.5 paid holidays
• Malpractice Insurance – Covered under FTCA (no cost to provider)

Responsibilities

• General Dentistry – Provide comprehensive dental care, including crowns, root canals, and bridges
• Outpatient setting – Monday to Friday schedule (option for 4-day or 5-day clinic schedule)
• Phone call rotation – Rotates week-to-week, phone-only call
• Work-life balance – No weekends required
• New Facility – Fully equipped, state-of-the-art dental clinic
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team – Work closely with medical and behavioral health providers
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) – eClinicalWorks

Requirements

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
• New graduates welcome to apply
