A leading dental laboratory dedicated to providing high-quality dental solutions and exceptional customer service. We specialize in advanced dental procedures, including the All on X implant technique (guided & non guided), and are looking for a skilled guided surgery technician to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As a guided surgery technician, you will be responsible for planning, fabricating, and customizing dental prosthetics (surgical guides, prototypes, etc.) for patients undergoing the implant treatment. You will plan and fabricate single and multiple site implant guides and will work closely with dentists, oral surgeons, and other dental professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing plans and restorations that meet the individual needs of our doctors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, fabricate, customize, and repair surgical guides, prototypes, including full arch restorations using the All on X technique.
• Collaborate with our doctors to ensure accurate treatment planning and implementation of guided surgery procedures.
• Utilize CAD/CAM technology and 3D printing to create precise guides and prosthetics. - Conduct quality checks on all dental appliances to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and fit.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and materials used.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques related to implantology and prosthodontics.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols in the laboratory environment.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in dental technology

Requirements:

• Software knowledge Exocad and or 3shape
• For designer experienced, providing training on surgical guided
• Experience in implant planning specifically with CoDiagnostix is a plus.
