Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to join their Coral Springs location. The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player. This position plays a critical role in patient care, serving as the first point of contact for both new and existing patients. As the face of the office, the Dental Office Manager will ensure smooth operations and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the front office team with a positive attitude and drive to succeed.
• Greet patients and manage appointment scheduling.
• Verify patient insurance and benefits.
• Handle phone calls, billing, and collection of payments.
• Enter payments and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office setting (required).
• Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
