## Responsibilities
The office manager is responsible for all daily office functions so that practitioners can focus 100% of their time and efforts on quality, value-driven dental care while motivating and supporting the team. The office manager must maintain a professional demeanor at all times, and have a high degree of ethics and integrity. He/She must step into different roles and wear various “hats” as required. Further, he/she must possess an entrepreneurial spirit along with good judgment to be able to see and analyze both the details and the big picture in order to collaborate with the team. The office manager will implement and monitor the utilization of Unique Smiles of McHenry best practices.
Experience: Dental experience preferred

- Familiarity with utilization management processes
- Financial experience
