About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptionally professional Dental Office Manager to join our client’s thriving dental practice in Huntington Woods, MI. If you have a strong background in dental office management, experience with Dentrix, and are passionate about leading a team with respect and integrity, we want to hear from you!
As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the practice, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly while fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Professionalism, leadership, and the ability to treat colleagues and patients with respect are non-negotiable qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the dental office.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized environment for both patients and staff.
- Lead with respect and set a standard of professionalism for the entire team.
- Utilize Dentrix software for scheduling, patient records, billing, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring that the practice runs efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries and manage the flow of appointments with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist with financial management, including billing and insurance claims processing.
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration and mutual respect are paramount.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar administrative role within a dental practice.
- Proficiency in Dentrix software is essential.
- Impeccable professionalism in both appearance and demeanor.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.
