• Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and experiences through coaching and modeling concierge-level professionalism in customer service.
• Supervise the daily operations of the dental office and maintain a productive schedule efficiently.
• Oversee employee productivity and relations to drive practice goals and growth effectively.
• Manage collections, receivables, internal marketing, and maintain a professional social media presence.
• Provide support to the front office by handling various tasks such as managing phones, patient treatment plan presentations, and scheduling.
• Align all operations and interactions with the vision of the office to ensure cohesive functioning.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing a dental office facility is required.
• Experience in working with insurance is a must.
• A bachelor’s degree in business is preferred but not necessary.
• Self-directed learning abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
• Strong time management skills are necessary.
• Effective organization and prioritization skills are a must.
• Demonstrated facilitation and interpersonal skills are important.
• Proven management and leadership abilities are required.
• Professional, reliable, accurate, and detail-oriented characteristics are essential.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities are needed.
• Knowledge and understanding of dental-related systems and processes are required.
• Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus.
