Comfort Dental is seeking a qualified Dental Office Manager to join our team. As the Dental Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental office. With your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, you will oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely patient care.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and seamless communication.
• Handle patient inquiries, provide information about dental services, and address any concerns or issues.
• Manage patient records and billing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Supervise and train dental office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, and place orders as necessary.
• Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to promote a safe and professional work environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar role in the dental office is required
• Proficiency in dental office management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processing.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
