As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional interactions and timely deliveries. This role involves safely operating assigned vehicles, adhering to federal regulations, and fostering strong customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and valid in-state driver's license
• 3+ years of work experience in a relevant field
• Experience in customer service or delivery roles (preferred)
• Familiarity with delivery area and routes (preferred)

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Driver:

• Ensure on-time delivery of products while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Complete all required paperwork, including vehicle inspection forms and DOT regulatory logbooks
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain strong, positive relationships
• Operate assigned vehicles safely, adhering to federal traffic laws and regulations
• Stay familiar with assigned routes and be prepared to cover additional routes when needed
• Follow safe working practices in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
• Unload and stage products at customer locations accurately, according to documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with sales staff, customer service representatives, and customers
