Job Description

The position will be the primary DBA on a Snowflake database. Role is responsible for ensuring stability, security, and dependability of the database, and enforcing all processes and best practices.

Years Required/Preferred Experience 20 Required Database administrator on an enterprise scale database. 5 Preferred Experience on a cloud native database. Snowflake experience strongly preferred. 2 Preferred Experience with Public Health Data 2 Preferred Experience with a Texas State Agency preferred. 2 Preferred Experience with DSHS preferred. 2 Preferred Experience interacting with end users preferred. 1 Preferred Experience integrating a cloud based database with a system for Single Sign on preferred.
