JOB DESCRIPTION

Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Skill Level(s): Subject Matter Expert

• use industry best practice for data analysis over complex data
• assess data sets and provide recommendations for enhancements
• collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, analysts, project managers, and other engineers
• collaborate with customers and Organization leadership to implement tasking and provide deliverables that are compliant with project schedules, priorities, and standards
• collaborate with a variety of customers and Candidates, which may include technical consultation, meeting coordination and support (e.g., TEMs), and preparation/support of technical briefings.
• provide input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation.

Required Skills

The Candidate shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience:

• using Excel and Python to conduct complex data analytics.
• understanding database methodologies (such as strong SQL query or Elasticsearch experience).
• analyzing both large and small data sets for trends and patterns.
• producing informational or contextual products that embody and explain findings for a variety of audiences.
• data analytics skills to include detailed data analysis and metric generation.
• strong briefing and writing skills.

Highly Desired Skills
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

• supporting the technical processing of vetting requests for analytical comparison against the Organization's holdings.
• translating user needs into appropriate methods and measures to provide data insights.
• data visualization and data validation routines.
• conveying technical information to non-technical individuals
