Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving and the ability to develop and implement advanced data models. This role comes with the responsibility to deliver insights to improve business processes and outcomes.

Position Overview: The Data Scientist will be part of a team responsible for developing and optimizing data models and machine-learning algorithms. This role will include designing and building predictive models, conducting regression analysis, developing trend-based analytics, and using data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sophisticated data models for predictive analytics and forecasting
• Analyze data from multiple sources to find patterns, trends, and correlations
• Perform regression analysis, machine learning, and other statistical analyses
• Execute data mining projects from beginning to end
• Develop strategies to improve data accuracy and reliability
• Utilize visualization software to optimize data display and analysis
• Create presentations to communicate data analysis results to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data science, model development, and machine learning
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, or SAP
• Strong understanding of analytics and data modeling concepts
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends and correlations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Nice to have: experience with data modeling, ML algorithms, and statistical analysis
