We are looking for a Data Science & Business Analytics Manager who is thrives on using data to drive business success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to continuous learning, and passionate about staying current with the latest technologies. We need a proactive individual who takes initiative to improve processes and introduce advanced tools and methodologies to the business. You will work effectively with cross-functional teams, using your expertise in analytics and strong business acumen to extract valuable insights and support strategic decision-making.

This is an in-office role, Monday-Friday, based in our HQ in Doral, FL.    

Key Responsibilities: 

Data Science & Advanced Analytics: 

• Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to enhance business decision-making. 
• Perform exploratory data analysis and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights. 
• Leverage machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering, etc.) to solve business challenges. Deep learning methods (CNN, RNN/LSTM, GAN) knowledge is a plus. 
• Research, Evaluate & Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes and enhance decision-making.  

Business Analytics & Reporting: 

• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support various business needs, including marketing, operations, finance, and real estate. 
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Qlik Sense. 
• Prepare financial models and accurate assumptions for new projects & strategic initiatives. 

Business Intelligence: 

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. 
• Utilize BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense) to create scalable data models and reporting frameworks that support business functions. 
• Ensure data quality and integrity in BI reports and dashboards by implementing effective data validation and cleansing processes. 
• Conduct regular audits of BI systems to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with business goals. 
• Train and support business users on BI tools and data interpretation to promote self-service analytics. 

Collaboration & Communication: 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including real estate, marketing, operations, and finance, to understand data needs and provide analytical support & appropriate tools/solutions. 
• Translate complex data science concepts into actionable business insights and communicate findings to stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with the IT department to develop and optimize cloud-based data strategies and infrastructures.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement: 

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and business intelligence. 
• Propose and implement new methodologies to improve data analysis processes and outcomes. 
• Develop and maintain a data catalog and manage data assets to ensure accessibility and usability across business units. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 
• 4+ years of experience in data science, business analytics, or a related analytical role. 
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and machine learning. 
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, and experience with SQL. 
• Experience with data visualization tools, Qlik Sense experience is a plus. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Experience with cloud computing infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based data solutions is a plus.
