This is a remote position.

Our SAP ERP consulting firm is seeking a talented Data Governance Architect to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a data governance strategy for our clients using SAP ERP
• Develop data management policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and design appropriate solutions
• Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and metadata for SAP ERP systems
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in the SAP environment
• Lead data quality improvement initiatives and sensitive data protection efforts
• Define data governance roles and responsibilities within client organizations
• Provide technical expertise on SAP data architecture and governance best practices

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, with a specialization in data governance
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems and their data architecture
• Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks
• Excellent understanding of data modelling and metadata principles
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients
• Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written

Assets:

• Relevant certifications in data governance or SAP
• Experience in the consulting sector
• Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
