We are currently seeking a dedicated Data Entry Coordinator to support the supply chain operations for a prominent organization in the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update logistics data for assigned vendors promptly and accurately.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to vendor or local deliveries.
Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve issues and adjust delivery schedules as necessary.
Escalate complex problems to supervisors when needed to ensure swift resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to correct any inaccuracies in merchant data.
Collect item-level data provided by merchants and align it with internal item numbers and descriptions.
