Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and update logistics data for assigned vendors.
Identify and troubleshoot delivery or vendor-related issues with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain open communication with vendors, resolving concerns and adjusting schedules as needed.
Collaborate with team members to address and correct inaccurate merchant data.
Escalate complex challenges to supervisors when required for resolution.
Collect item-level data from merchants, aligning it with internal catalog information to ensure consistency and accuracy.
